Shipping & Returns

KNEED orders are being fulfilled safely. The KNEED logistics center actively uses government recommended COVID 19 safety and health standards. Safe application of these standards may however create shipping or return delays. Whilst we make every effort process your order in a timely fashion, your returns could take up to 15 days from receipt of merchandise.
Shipping and Delivery
KNEED is unable to ship to Post Office boxes, General Delivery, Poste Restante, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, hotel or motel addresses, and orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled.Deliveries are made to the address as indicated by the client when ordering. The accuracy of the shipping address is the responsibility of the client.
KNEED shipping is by DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE from its Logistics Center in Florence, Italy.
Shipping is free to certain zones locations as indicated on the shipping schedule below.
Shipping costs where listed are based on size/weight/destination for each delivery.
The client is responsible for any and all applicable shipping costs as will be shown on the order confirmation at time of purchase.
Shipping is by standard courier delivery.

The cost of transport is listed and does not include VAT.
Applicable VAT amounts will be shown separately on the order confirmation and the final invoice.
Any purchases make outside of the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, fees or other customs charges. The client is responsible for paying these fees as will be shown on the relative order confirmation.
Any Customs clearance delays would come from government agencies for which KNEED cannot be responsible.
Delays due to failed payment approval are not the responsibility of KNEED.
In both situations the Company will make every effort to minimize the inconvenience.

Estimated delivery times are only for guidance and start on the day of shipment.
Holiday Delivery
Because of the unprecedented demand for online shipments due to Covid 19, to insure Holiday Delivery, Kneed requests that:
- Orders for Zones 1-4 to be received no later than 16 December
- Orders for Zones 5-6 to be received no later than 10 December
How to track an order:
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number before checking on the status of your shipment.

Whether the shipment is insured:
Kneed insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
